ImpactMatch is a Sustaina Partners venture based in Providence, Rhode Island, USA. This policy covers information collected through impactmatch.com. Questions about anything here: hello@impactmatch.com.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and HubSpot to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, links clicked, how you arrived, and general geography. These tools use cookies and collect device and usage information. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses; we do not use analytics data for advertising or ad personalization, and we have disabled ads-related data sharing. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
Scheduling. If you request a conversation, scheduling is handled by Calendly. The information you provide when booking — your name, email address, and anything you choose to share — is collected by Calendly under Calendly's privacy policy and shared with us so we can hold the meeting.
Correspondence. If you email us, we keep the correspondence. That's it.
This site has no user accounts, no forms that collect personal information, and no payment processing.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We do not run advertising or retargeting on this site. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16 — this is a business-to-business site.
The site relies on a small set of processors to operate: Netlify (hosting), Google Analytics (analytics), HubSpot (analytics and contact management), Calendly (scheduling), and Google Fonts (typefaces). Each processes data under its own privacy terms and our configuration choices described above.
You can block cookies in your browser settings, use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and browse this site without providing any personal information at all. If you've shared information with us and want it corrected or deleted, email hello@impactmatch.com and we'll handle it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or state privacy statutes — the same email is the way to exercise them.
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be noted plainly at the top.
